Terms of Supply
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from BOXED®.

Quotations are valid for 30 days only. All prices quoted exclude transportation unless otherwise stated.

BOXED® reserves the right to improve or modify the design or sizes of our Collections without prior notification. Sometimes it becomes necessary to substitute unavailable items for a similar product of equal or higher value. We will make the Client ("the Buyer") aware of any substitution prior to delivery. If goods are supplied to the Client's own specifications, the Client shall be solely responsible for ensuring that they are accurate.

Product Information
BOXED® will provide digital representation of finishes upon request. Please note that fabric, wood and lacquer samples are to be considered approximate and may slightly vary to the individual item.

All drawings, descriptions, illustrations, weight and dimensions given in BOXED® price lists, quotes, layout plans or other advertising matter are approximate and intended for general guidance purposes only.

BOXED® employs Interior Designers who are qualified to assess the suitability of our Collections and individual products within the Client's apartment. However, where a full site survey has not been commissioned by the Client and BOXED® is reliant on the Clients predetermined space plan as supplied by the Developer or otherwise, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are the correct dimensions both for access to the delivery address and the space for which the goods are intended. BOXED® will at all times endeavour to guide and support the Client in choosing the correctly sized furniture for their given space.

Site Visits / Surveys
With the exception of "window treatments" any requests to arrange a site visit is accepted only on our discretionary terms and will be subject to charges. BOXED® employs Interior Designers who are qualified to carry out full site surveys. Should the Client commission BOXED® to carry out a site survey it becomes our responsibility to ensure that the goods are the correct dimensions both for access to the delivery address and the space for which the goods are intended. This applies provided the site survey charges have been paid in full by the Client prior to survey.

Drawings / Plans
Depending on the stage of development it is not always possible to attend site and take finished dimensions from a full survey. In this event where possible BOXED® will work with the Developer to ensure full CAD drawings are provided to us enabling accurate dimensions to be determined. This service is available with no charge for our URBAN, CITY and SKYLINE Collections. For our Investor SOLO Collections (SOLO Studio; SOLO; SOLO Scandi) a discretionary charge will be applied.

All order requests are to be received by BOXED® from the Client in writing usually by email, by telephone or through our website. Order requests can also be placed through the Client's 'Agent' (Property Agent or Developer of the premises) by email. Upon receipt of an order request BOXED® will raise an invoice for payment. Goods / items cannot be processed until payment has been received as a confirmed order. All stock items are subject to availability. BOXED® will endeavour to ensure that all items quoted are available on the expected date of delivery. BOXED® reserves the right to discontinue any listed items without notice, either temporarily or permanently. Where an ordered item is unavailable within the agreed delivery deadline, a substitute may be offered. If preferred, BOXED® will deliver the ordered item separately once it is in stock. If neither option is acceptable, BOXED® can refund the full value of the item. See below for details on cancellations and refunds

Lead-times vary between Collections. Typically our SOLO Collections are usually in stock ready for despatch from our UK warehouse in one week. Alternative colour options are also available for our SOLO Collections increasing our lead-times on these to 4–6 weeks from receipt of confirmed order. Our URBAN, CITY and SKYLINE Collections are available on a 4–6 week service from receipt of confirmed order.

BOXED® offers free delivery in the Greater London area for our full furniture Collections (SOLO Studio; SOLO; SOLO Scandi; URBAN; CITY; SKYLINE). For smaller accessory items or individual products you will be advised of delivery charges at point of sale to allow your purchase to arrive in the most efficient way possible. Our standard delivery prices are calculated according to the destination, size, weight and type of product. Delivery service and costs for the rest of and outside the UK are available upon application. It is recommended that dimensions of access points to your property are thoroughly checked when ordering furniture. Deliveries are made in good faith, on the strict understanding that it is wholly the buyer's responsibility to verify and ensure that the goods concerned can gain access freely to the desired area with no difficulties whatsoever. Any delivery charge is for one way only. Any return is at the Client's expense. Any unpacking, assembly and fitting that may be required is not included. Some larger items of furniture require straightforward home assembly

'Ready to Go' Service
Our Quotations are for supply and delivery only unless otherwise stated. However, we offer a full installation service for an additional charge. Our Ready to Go Service means our team will deliver, assemble, install and dress your space using the items you have purchased. Our team will be lead and directed by a qualified Interior Designer who will oversee all installations on site. For overseas Clients or those Clients unable to be present at time of installation, the BOXED® team will, upon completion, provide photographs by email to the Client to show the finished project.

BOXED® will store goods for a period of 10 days, free of charge, from the date they arrive with the UK forwarder. If for any reason the buyer is unable to accept delivery of their order after this date has passed, BOXED® is under no obligation to store the goods. BOXED® may however, at its discretion and if storage facilities permit, store the goods but at the buyer's risk. The buyer may be charged the cost of storage.

For all in-stock items and investor packs a full refund is available up to 48 hours prior to delivery. After this time we are unable to provide a full refund and BOXED® will retain 50% of the full order value. Orders for goods made to the buyer's specification and bespoke items may be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed. Thereafter, when cancelling non stock items a deposit (50% of the total purchase) is not refundable.

Damaged Goods
All apparent damages must be reported within 48 hours and replacements will be re-ordered. Any damages discovered at time of installation must be reported immediately. If BOXED have been requested to install and should any faults or damages occur at time of installation the Client will be advised immediately and a replacement either ordered or provided as quickly as possible. The Client will also be given the option of accepting a substitute product if preferred.

Refunds / Returns
For orders made to the buyer's specification, BOXED® do not accept returns or give refunds. This does not apply if the goods are damaged or faulty under warranty.

The BOXED® warranty covers manufacturers faults which does not include general wear and tear. Where fault is found in goods at the time of delivery, BOXED® will arrange to deliver a replacement item at the next opportunity (in accordance with the relevant lead-time and subject to stock availability). All goods are guaranteed to be fit for the purpose of residential use. Unless otherwise specified, BOXED® guarantees that Accessory items will provide a minimum six month warranty. BOXED® offers longer guarantees on furniture items and these will be set out on the company's official sales information for the items and which range from one year to five years depending on supplier and manufacturer's guidelines. This excludes damage to fabrics or other surfaces arising from normal wear and tear. This does not affect the Client's statutory rights. Where an item develops a fault within the warranty period, the Client should notify BOXED® in writing with full details and photographs of the problem. BOXED® will arrange for the manufacturers representative to assess the fault on the Client's behalf and may request to inspect the item to enable it to be returned as faulty. If the fault is covered under warranty, BOXED® will arrange for it to be repaired. Where BOXED® deems that repair will not provide a satisfactory solution, BOXED® will exchange it without charge to the Client.

Care of Items
BOXED® is committed to providing the best quality products. After completion of the project BOXED® will provide maintenance information for upholstery, large furniture items and some Accessory items from our Objects Collection.

Unless otherwise stated a minimum deposit of 50% is required to place a confirmed order. Balance required 7 days prior to delivery. All Goods must be paid for in full before any delivery arrangements can take place. All balances must be settled prior to delivery. Cheques and Banker's Drafts are to be made payable to BE BOXED LTD. Upon receipt of payment BOXED®, where applicable, will place orders with our manufacturers to ensure delivery within the stipulated timescales. For our SOLO Collections, stock items and items required by the Client on our one week service, full payment is required 7 days prior to delivery. For all other Collections and bespoke items a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. All balance payments must be received 7 days prior to delivery. Upon receipt of payment in full, your goods will be scheduled for delivery. By confirming an order, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
